85% of college graduates with autism are either unemployed or underemployed. Although many of them are bright and talented, they may not make it past the job interview because of difficulty with social skills, self-advocacy and understanding workplace dynamics. STARS’ mission is to facilitate the development of social, academic and career-building skills to help these students become productive members of society.
